BSPKN Propel OS SMS Notifications
Bespoken Management LLC (doing business as BSPKN) sends SMS notifications to clients and
authorized team members through the Propel OS platform. This page describes the program,
how consent is collected, and how to stop receiving messages.
Opt in by text message
Text START to (612) 662-3993 to
receive BSPKN Propel OS SMS notifications.
By texting START to (612) 662-3993 you agree to receive SMS text
notifications from BSPKN (Bespoken Management LLC) at that mobile number, including lead
alerts, campaign and reporting updates, content approval requests, appointment reminders, and
account notices. Message frequency varies, and most accounts receive 2 to 20 messages per
month. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to cancel or HELP for help. Consent is not

Program description
BSPKN Propel OS Alerts is a customer care and account notification program. Messages are
sent only to people who have provided their mobile number and agreed to receive texts.
Message types include new lead alerts, campaign and reporting updates, content approval
requests, appointment and meeting reminders, and account or billing notices.
How you opt in
Consent is collected in one of the following ways:
- By text message. Text START to (612) 662-3993 using the call to action
shown at the top of this page. This is the primary opt-in method for the program. - During client onboarding. On the BSPKN onboarding form, an existing client
enters a mobile number and checks a separate, unchecked SMS consent box carrying the consent
language quoted below. The box is never pre-checked and the form can be completed without it. - In Propel OS account settings. A signed-in client adds a mobile number and
enables SMS notifications, accepting the same consent language.
Consent is never a condition of purchase, and we never sell or share mobile numbers or SMS
consent with third parties for marketing purposes.

Message frequency varies based on your account activity and notification settings.
Most accounts receive between 2 and 20 messages per month.
Cost
Message and data rates may apply. BSPKN does not charge for SMS notifications. Carrier
charges are set by your mobile provider.
