BSPKN operates an SMS notification program, BSPKN Propel OS Alerts, for clients and authorized team members who opt in. Program details, the opt-in call to action, message types, and all required disclosures are published at bspkn.co/sms.
No mobile information will be sold or shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. All of the above categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties or affiliates.
We collect your mobile number and your consent record only when you provide them: by texting START to (612) 662-3993, by checking an unchecked SMS consent box on our onboarding form, or by enabling SMS notifications in your Propel OS account settings. We use them solely to send the program messages you agreed to receive, and we share them only with the communications provider that transmits the messages on our behalf (Twilio) and with mobile carriers as required for delivery. Consent is never a condition of purchase.
Message frequency varies, and most accounts receive 2 to 20 messages per month. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to any message to cancel, or HELP for help. You may also request removal at any time by emailing hello@bspkn.co. Consent records are retained for as long as required to evidence opt-in and for 24 months after opt-out.
We retain your personal information for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes described in this policy, comply with our legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. Client data generated during a service engagement is retained for the duration of the engagement plus 12 months unless otherwise specified in your service agreement.
